Bought my BMW from Ancoats about 2 months ago. The whole process was quick and easy and at no point did I feel pressured or rushed. I was given plenty of time to look around and took the car on a long test drive. We were offered drinks and snacks, also for the kids! Nothing was too much trouble and the staff there are friendly and very helpful. I was even offered a video chat after I got the car home to talk me through the car's IDrive system! Would highly recommend and will definitely buy from Ancoats Car Sales again!

Great service from these guys, in particular John who handled the sale of a BMW 3 Series Tourer to me. I reserved the car online Sunday Evening and after a MOT & Full Service I collected it on Wednesday!!

I live in the South East and therefore was unable to pre-view the car, I had to rely on Johns description of the car to commit to the Journey to Manchester however as he said it was "Spot On" a few age related marks / scratches that were reflected in the price!

Service is casual and friendly and not a hint of pressurised sales tactics, the whole experience was straightforward and quick.

I went down to Ancoats Car Sales as I'd seen a car that I really liked via Auto Trader. The guys there were mega , no pushy spiel or hounding me. They left me to have a look but made sure I was alright and when I decided I wanted the said car ,was nothing but helpful and made sure I got decent finance ! He sorted everything out from the MOT to changing the logbook details ! I couldn't be any happier with my new purchase and will definitely visit again when it's time for a new car ! I had seen the car that I wanted on Auto trader and called ACS to see if it was okay to call round to see it just before they closed on a Sunday and they said that was fine. The car was in great condition and had a lot of spec/extras for the price. We arranged a test drive for the following day and they valued my car for part-ex at the same time. They were very fair in the negotiations and offered me a good deal on my current car. The sale was quick and easy. O & M went out of their way to cater to our needs and offered a very friendly service. They left a nice surprise in the car when we collected and offered for us to use their nearby car wash whenever we pass by in the future. They aren't pushy like salesmen in dealerships. Overall I was very pleasantly surprised with the overall experience and would definitely recommend them to friends or family looking to buy their next car. Thanks ACS! :)

Saw the right car on autotrader and went down to view. Travelled 3 hours. After agreeing a fair price for my car, i took their X5 for a test drive. Car was immaculate, very clean with full service history + invoices. Took the car away the same day. The owner/sales person is a great guy to deal with, very easy to talk to and i would highly recommend this garage if they have the car you are looking for

3months in the search for the perfectly priced, finance free S-Class, then this 1 previous owner 2007 S-Class LWB AMG ad come on Autotrader on Saturday night, Sunday morning, 2hours drive, I was in Manchester SOLD. To my amazement, they were crucial extras that were not listed in the ad, e.g. bluetooth (found in 2010 upwards), Freeview TV, boot compartment, ambient light, Merc Designo interior, etc. previous owner must be stupidly rich...outshines my previous 2012 S-Class...With such crazy specs and price I assumed Chris and Umoru were stupid but proved wrong, they know their stuff but "let the cars sell themselves"...honesty plus peace of mind guaranteed in writing, first time ever I paid the full asking price ! If there is ever a reason to purchase with these guys in future...I'll happily pay over the phone for home delivery !
